Kids' Worship

We believe that children need to grow up understanding the importance of worshipping God. But we also understand that kids aren’t ready to worship with the adults. That’s why we have two worship services for our kids during the 11 a.m. service. Sparks for kids preschool through 3rd grade and Ignition for kids in 4th through 6th grades. Each group uses high-energy approaches to teaching God’s word. Sparks employs puppets, music, dancing, age-appropriate movie clips and Bible stories. Ignition uses music, movie clips, dramas and small group time.

Currently, Sparks meets year-round in the Chapel. A new space is being created in Activity Hall for Sparks. Ignition meets September through May in the SONdance Film Festival room.

Both Sparks and Ignition rely on adults and teens from our congregation to volunteer each week. If you are interested in volunteering, simply email jrauhut@yahoo.com
